Woodlab Distillery is an award-winning Northern Irish company producing the Symphonia range of spirits.

We are now looking to take the company to the next level and require a Head of Sales to join our expanding team – this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s development, and with significant rewards for success.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will be offered the opportunity to dictate commercial strategy and ensure delivery in this critical period for us.

The successful candidate will possess a keen business acumen coupled with a hunger to succeed, alongside an extensive knowledge and a proven track record in the beverage industry.

You will be limited only by your ambition and imagination in this excellent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the sales and marketing strategy in partnership with the managing director.
  • Develop company sales objectives with focus on national and international markets.
  • Achieve agreed targets set out by company business plan in both an existing and new business.
  • Develop strategic partnerships throughout the sales channel.
  • To establish & maintain a detailed sales forecast/pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customer base.
